The Guide to Effective Collaborative Action is built on the foundation of 10 years’ experience in transforming food and agricultural commodity systems by UNDP’s Green Commodities Programme. The Effective Collaborative Action methodology provides practical ways for how to change food systems through Deep Collaboration: meaningful, better, equitable and stronger than ever before. After practicing Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration in food and commodity systems over a decade, UNDP has evolved its approaches, ways of working and practices; shifting their thinking to dive even more into the “how” of transforming food and agricultural commodity systems for people and planet. This methodology can be used by any individual or organization who wishes to initiate a systemic change approach to making food and agricultural commodity systems more sustainable.
